What is the difference between The Morph Alpha and The Morph Bravo?

The Morph Alpha is the suggested option for foam roller veterans and 1st-time foam roller users who prefer a deep massage and need more pressure on chronic trigger-points. The Alpha features Brazyn's patented "nub" shape designed to penetrate deeper into muscles to relieve muscle knots.

The Morph Bravo is the newest addition to the Brazyn family of Foam Rollers! It offers a smoother rolling surface for a more traditional foam rolling feel. It's multi-level foam surface still helps to isolate knots in the muscles, but it is less intense than the Morph Alpha.

The Morph was created by former NFL tight end, Nate Lawrie. After suffering a season ending back injury while playing for the New Orleans Saints, Nate was taught how consistent foam rolling could help him manage his old injuries and keep him on the playing field.

"I wanted a simple and effective way to manage the pain I had from years of wear and tear on the football field. I also wanted to recover faster from my training so I could push myself harder and see quicker gains. Foam rolling, it turned out, was great for both. It absolutely got the job done for me, but only when I had access to a good roller. This was often difficult with my training and travel schedule. I wanted a foam roller I could fit in my backpack so I could always rely on it, no matter where I was.

When I couldn't find a roller out there that met my needs, I was inspired to create The Morph."
