Whether it's soreness from a tough workout or an old injury that is limiting your motion, the Morph Stick will get you moving and feeling better again.

1) BASE STICK - Your basic bread and butter massage stick. Use both hands to apply pressure to the muscles, rolling along the surface to knead and flush
2) ADD RINGS -Match the fins of the Base Stick with the star-shape cutouts of the Massage Rings. Push firmly on the Massage Rings until they have passed the orange rings.
3) ADJUST RINGS -Slide the Massage Rings along the surface of the Morph Stick to change the configuration of your massage tool.
Self-myofascial release (SMR) has been scientifically provento increase flexibility, decrease workout related muscle soreness (DOMS), increase joint mobility, and improve muscle performance. Proper technique will help you get the most out of your foam rolling sessions and help you to better alleviate pain.
It's not a race! Roll slowly over your muscles and feel for any spots that are tight or sore.
Pause over any knots or sore areas. Try to slowly increase the pressure to that area until it starts to release.
Focus on good breathing techniques. Breath in and out slowly to help increase oxygen levels in your blood.
Repeat the process over any areas that need extra attention. And make it a regular daily routine. Don't wait until you are injured.
Wide enough to span any muscle group. Compact enough to use while you're in even the most cramped spaces. Use the Base Stick by itself to knead and flush your muscles. The surface of The Morph Stick has firm nubs to penetrate your soft tissue. The channels are designed to help increase circulation, bringing new blood flow and oxygen to your sore muscles.
Put the massage rings in a narrow configuration to massage smaller body parts, or to increase the pressure on lager muscles and deep knots.
The narrow configuration is great for any part, especially when you have a specific issue you want to address and need concentrated, accurate pressure.
You know what you need. Adjust the rings to get the relief you're looking for.
Since no two body parts are created the same, use the movable rings to contour your massage to the area you want to focus on.
When you find a sore or tight muscle, roll slowly and pause on the areas that are particularly tight.
Gradually increase the pressure for 10 - 20 seconds, then go back to a rolling motion. Repeat until you start to feel the muscle relax.
Add up to four Massage Rings to complete the Morph Stick.
Additional rings are great for massaging large muscle groups like the Quads and Hamstrings. This configuration provides a wider base, so you can address more surface area at once.
Four rings also allows you to use the Morph Stick as an ab wheel and a miniature foam roller so you can stay fit and healthy–anywhere, anytime!
